In 1956, in the magical medieval village of La Alberca (Salamanca), Fermín, a small family business was born. For more than 60 years, Fermín has been producing the highest quality lberico products in the world.
Fermín pigs stand out for being healthy, well-cared for and happy animals. Combined with their artisanal production methods, this results in an exclusive, top-quality product.
In 2005, after 10 years of dedication and a great investment, they became the first company authorized to export Iberico products to the United States.
They comply with the legal and sanitary requirements of the most demanding countries, and therefore Fermín is present in more than 20 countries. They are very proud to say that they were the first iberico brand to be found in homes and restaurants of Japan, Canada, Singapore and China. Additionally, they have an excellent team of distributors in Hong Kong, South Korea, Australia, Puerto Rico and Latin America.
